npc (new philanthropy capital) is the think tank and consultancy for the social sector. we help charities, foundations, philanthropists, impact investors, social enterprises, corporates, and the public sector to maximise social impact in the lives of the people they serve.

寧波公學為寧波旅港同鄉會所創辦，一九六八年冬同鄉會組成建校委員會，至一九六九年獲教育署撥地五萬餘方尺於觀塘功樂道建校。建校工程由一九七一年開始，至一九七二年終告落成。在校舍未完成前，曾先後借用秀茂坪天主教小學及聖安當女子中學上課。首年一九七一年開辦九班中一，以後循序漸進，逐年遞增至大學預科。
