香港糖尿聯會成立於一九九六年九月，是香港政府註冊慈善組織。我們的宗旨是為糖尿病患者服務，促進各界人士對糖尿病的認識和關注，以期加強糖尿病的預防和治理。diabetes hongkong (dhk) was founded in september 1996 as a charitable voluntary organization. our mission is to serve all people with diabetes and their families, to promote social awareness and concern towards diabetes, and to strive for optimal care and prevention of the disease.
