the mcauliffe-shepard discovery center is a museum memorial to alan shepard and christa mcauliffe. our mission is to inspire every generation to reach for the stars, through engaging, artful and entertaining activities that explore astronomy, aviation, earth and space science. located in concord, nh, we have two floors of exhibits, a planetarium, and stem programs for all ages.
