we live our passion, that being the traditional czech cuisine. we often look back in time for inspiration, when meals were hearty and genuine, prepared with love by housewives who truly knew their way around the kitchen. we like to keep the magic, only adapt it to a modern environment. we work strictly with local meat suppliers and only use prime ingredients. our meals are healthy but proper at the same time.
