pakistan television corporation is the biggest media organization of pakistan. it is an autonomous public sector organization. the main responsibility of ptv is to provide public service broadcasting not only within pakistan but also outside pakistan. it makes programmes for all its viewers in drama, documentaries current affairs, entertainment and sport. its programmes are produced in urdu as well as in all regional languages i.e sindhi, punjabi, pashto and balochi.
