hi, i'm noa kageyama. i first picked up?the violin at age 2, and spent the next 20+ years battling performance anxiety?and wondering?why i couldn’t play on stage like i did in the practice room. then, i went to juilliard and discovered sport psychology - which totally changed my playing and opened my eyes to a whole new world to explore. after graduation, i put my violin down to get a ph.d. in psychology. and now, i'm back at juilliard, but on the faculty, where i teach musicians how to utilize the same skills and techniques that elite athletes have used
