mikkeller is a danish world-renowned copenhagen based craft brewery founded by school teacher mikkel borg bjergsø. it is first and foremost about beer; showcasing all possible styles and ingredients, but the company also operate bars and restaurants around the world, host beer festivals and have a huge running club.
