brookside shopping centre is a sub-regional shopping centre, located less than ten kilometres north-west of the brisbane cbd. built in 1971 and having undergone two stages of redevelopment since then, brookside currently stands at 49,000sq m lettable area, with big w, target, woolworths coles, tk maxx and cotton on mega, plus 100 specialty retailers.
