南充水务投资（集团）有限责任公司前身为四川南充康源水务（集团）有限责任公司，成立于1951年。公司目前担负着南充市辖三区以及周边137万余人口生产、生活饮用水供给及设施安装、维护和市辖三区居民生活污水处理任务。现拥有地面水厂5座（实际生产水厂3座），污水处理厂2座，富余污水处理站点5个，总供水能力43万吨/日(其中二水厂18万吨/日、四水厂15万吨/日、五水厂10万吨/日)，总污水处理能力31.75万吨/日（其中市污水处理厂12万吨/日、嘉东污水厂5万吨/日、富余污水14.75万吨/日）。公司下属4个全资控股子公司和2个分公司，设职能部门28个，在岗职工741人，平均年龄40岁，大专及以上学历490人，各类专业技术人才162人。 根据市政府《“1+5”市级国有投融资公司转型升级实施意见》要求，2018年2月26日，公司更名为南充水务投资（集团）有限责任公司。截止目前，公司拥有总资产20.74亿元，负债总额13.37亿元，资产负债率64.46%，所有者权益7.37亿元，股权结构为市国投公司控股87.39%、高坪燃气公司控股12.61%。 近年来，公司紧紧围绕市委、市政府实施“155发展战略”，建设成渝第二城，争创全省经济副中心城市的宏伟目标，立足供排水事业大发展，以安全供水、诚信服务为宗旨，以“敬业、奉献、善行、敏行”为企业精神，取得了经济效益和社会效益双丰收，先后荣获“全国文明单位”“全国模范劳动关系和谐企业”“ 全国厂务公开先进单位”“ 全国模范职工之家”“ 全国建设系统基层思想政治工作先进单位”“ 全国五一巾帼标兵岗”等国家级荣誉，荣获“省级先进企业”“省级先进基层纪检监察组织”“省级卫生先进单位”等200多项省、市荣誉称号。
