voici comment réaliser une terrine de pieds de porc très facilement. cette recette est hyyyyper simple, pas besoin d'avoir des grandes notions de cuisine pour la réussir. idéale pour une entrée fraîche, un pique-nique, un encas ou un panier repas... accompagnée d'un cornichon, d'une vinaigrette à l'échalote ou bien de moutarde, d'un bon pain de campagne et d'un rosé bien frais. si vous aimez le fromage de tête, cette terrine a tout pour vous plaire. extrêmement facile à préparer, très économique car les pieds sont peu chers, délicieuse et très joli en visuel. ingrédients :des pieds de cochon (5 ici, mais vous pouvez en mettre + ou - sans changer les autres ingrédients)50 cl de vin blanc2 carottesune branche de céleriun poireauun oignon des clous de girofledu poivre en graindu gros selfenouil / sauge / thymdu vinaigre blancsel et poivre du moulinpersil hachéassurez vous que vos pieds soient bien nettoyés, bien raclés et bien brossés, exempts de poils, retirez les ongles si nécessaire. faites les tremper toute la nuit au frais, recouverts d'eau et d'un verre de vinaigre.le lendemain, jetez l'eau et rincez les pieds. dans un autocuiseur, mettre les légumes qui aromatisent le bouillon de cuisson, l'oignon entier piqué de clous de girofle, ajoutez le bouquet garni des herbes (vous pouvez varier le choix de vos herbes selon vos goûts : romarin, sarriette etc...) ajoutez le gros sel et le poivre en grains, les pieds de cochon, puis versez le vin blanc et recouvrir d'eau. mettre en cuisson à l'autocuiseur sur feu vif, lorsque le bitoniau se met à tourner baissez un peu le feu et compter 1h30 à partir de ce moment là  ( le bitoniau doit tourner tout tout du long de la cuisson, signe qu'il y a ébullition, à vous de régler la flamme pour qu'il ne soit pas trop rapide, mais toujours entrain de tourner ) si vous n'avez pas de cocotte minute ou que ça vous effraie, la cuisson sera de 4h30. laissez tiédir puis vient la seule action de cette r
