une mission de la banque mondiale, conduite par m. andré teyssier, et comprenant mme claire galpin, tous deux spécialistes en foncier, séjournera en côte d’ivoire du 8 au 18 novembre 2021. pendant un peu plus de dix jours, elle s’emploiera à faire le suivi technique du projet d’amélioration et de mise en oeuvre de la politique foncière rurale de côte d’ivoire (pamofor).ce mardi matin autour de 11h, le lancement de la mission a eu lieu par visioconférence avec une forte participation de l’équipe dirigeante de l’afor. le directeur général, le ministre bamba cheick daniel, le directeur général adjoint, m. david loué, et tous les directeurs de départements notamment, ont participé à cette réunion.au menu pendant une heure d’horloge, la présentation des objectifs de la mission et la revue de l’agenda associé.le ministre bamba cheick daniel a souhaité la cordiale bienvenue aux hôtes de la côte d’ivoire et émis le voeu que la mission réponde parfaitement aux attentes de toutes les parties.outre l’afor, la primature, le ministère d’etat, ministère de l’agriculture et du développement rural, les ministères de l’intérieur et de la sécurité, de l’economie et des finances, du budget et du portefeuille de l’etat ainsi que le bnetd-cign étaient représentés à des niveaux respectables.dans l’après-midi, la mission s’est poursuivie avec une rencontre en présentiel à l’afor, pour passer en revue les diligences et le cadre des résultats. puis, le développement et le déploiement du système d’informations du foncier rural (sifor). les échanges à ce niveau ont porté sur le chronogramme révisé de l’opérationnalisation du sifor et les questions en suspens.demain mercredi 10 novembre, la journée sera consacrée à une mission de terrain à n’douci afin de constater de visu, les opérations intégrées de sécurisation foncière rurale.dircom
